  • Clear images or unboxing video may be required for verification

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be issued for damaged or incorrect physical books after verification.

  • Please share your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.

6. Return Shipping

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong item, UPSC Ready will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order at no charge

After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible as the order may already be dispatched

9.Damaged or Wrong Product

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
