At UPSC Ready, we stand behind every bundle we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- Refund request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date
- Books must be in original, unused condition — no torn pages, no writing, no damage
- All items in the bundle must be returned together
- Original packaging should be intact wherever possible
How to Claim a Refund
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll confirm the return and share the return address within 24 hours
- Ship the books back using any courier (return shipping cost is borne by the customer)
- Once we receive and verify the returned items, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI — please share your bank details when raising the request.
What Is Not Covered
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
- Books that are damaged, written in, or missing components
- Returns that are initiated due to a change of mind after the 7-day window
- Bundles that have been partially used or separated
Wrong or Damaged Item?
If you received the wrong bundle or a damaged item, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — at no extra cost to you.
