1. Digital Books (PDFs / eBooks)

  • All digital books are delivered electronically.
  • Once a digital book is downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable.
  • Refund requests for digital products will not be accepted due to the nature of instant delivery.
  • If you face technical issues (corrupted file, access problem), we will provide a replacement or assistance.

2. Physical Books (Printed Copies)

Refunds or replacements for physical books are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect book delivered
  • Missing items in the order

Conditions:

  • You must inform us within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Clear images or unboxing video may be required for verification

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for physical books can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Digital book orders cannot be cancelled after purchase.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be issued for damaged or incorrect physical books after verification.
  • Replacement delivery time may vary based on location.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Failure to read product description before purchase
  • Downloaded or accessed digital content
